Choosing the right pet sitter is an important decision!! Please think about these important things before deciding: His/her track record for dependability. (We are 99% on time) His/her ability to keep on schedule if there is an emergency with a previous appointment. (I'm always the back up for our other pet sitters in case of emergency or illness. We work as a team, not a sole sitter. If your sitter is sick, who will take care of your fur family?) His/her insurance-we are insured for $1,000,000 in liability and bonded for 10K. His/her commitment to not just sitting, but education for the well being of your pets (we have an INCREDIBLE meet and greet package filled with goodies, samples and information.)

1. Safety: It is our first and foremost concern for both your pets and your home. We require that each pet is tagged, and will be happy to help you with this endeavor. We will go over safety precautions when we do our meet and greet, and you will receive a complimentary gift valued at $25 if you wish-all focusing on your pet’s safety.

2. Communication: You’ll know when we were there, what we did, and how your pets are immediately after the service. We don’t overbook and are dedicated to serving your pets every need. We realize everyone likes something a little different and we will do our best to satisfy your preferences.

3. Wellness: We focus on customer education to help you make the best food choices available, and you’ll receive a free sample of great food for your pets as well as useful literature. Many customers have made the switch to The Honest Kitchen and have rave reviews of it.

4. Dependability: You are getting TOP SHELF service. We are not in a hurry to get in and out of your home-we are there to love your pets and look after your home in your absence. You will never have to worry if we showed up or not. We will be there. We are true animal lovers and activists and care for your pets in the very same manner as you do your own.

5. We are involved in the community and give back. Now, this may not be important to some, but it is to us. We are involved with NAPPS Presents 4 Pets Shelter Drive and raised over $1400 as a group and pet lovers. We volunteer at SHHS fundraisers such as Breakfast with Elmo and Spayghetti Dinners. When we lose a pet, we donate in his/her name. We donate supplies to the shelter year round. We are also members of the Kenosha Area Chamber of Commerce, and a member of the Home Services Group.
