Hi Lori -

Just wanted to check in and let you know the boys were under great care with Jennifer during my stay in New York. They were seemed very content and not the least bit rattled when I got home. Henry especially likes it when I leave because the boys are on the 24/7 food plan. And believe me, Henry takes full advantage of it . . . that belly of his looks even a little bigger than a few days ago!It was really nice to read about how each day went and Jennifer also left me a phone message each day. Only problem with that though was that the message was so scratchy, I really couldn’t understand her. But after meeting her I knew the boys were in good hands anyways.

Thank you so much and I look forward to using your service again. I’ve done quite a bit of traveling the last couple of months and want to stay home for a while, however, there’s a couple of trips in the making this fall. Thank you,

Ann did an awesome job! When we returned our neighbors came over to provide unsolicited feedback. They thought it was a friend of the family taking care of the dogs as they said she was outdoors just having a blast with the dogs! That was so great to hear. She sent us pictures and updates every day! We had asked her to come by to pick up her stake for the ground as well as give her a tip and Lee said the dogs just went crazy when they saw her! So she definitely did a great job!

Hi Lori, Steve and I have been meaning to write to tell you how AMAZING Julie is. She kept us up to date with text messages, and it was wonderful to read the journal entries when we arrived home on Sunday night. Also, it made our day when she sent a text on Sunday saying “I told Tyler that Mommy and Daddy are coming home today”J My goodness, she even brought in the mail!

I’m sure most people have no concept of how much goes into each visit, but please let Julie know how appreciative we are. We can tell she takes such good care of our baby. While it’s hard to be away from our little (big) guy, we’re glad that your top notch team is around to help.

The sitter that Wisconsin Pet Care sent was a miracle worker! My cat is VERY shy around strangers, and I had every expectation that he would hide in the closet during each visit. I can’t begin to explain how pleased we were with Jen’s services this past weekend. Even though we never had the chance to meet her in person prior to the engagement, she far exceeded our expectations. She sent daily pictures and messages. We have an active German Shorthair Pointer who needs a good walk 4-5 times a day. We use WPC 1-2 times a week when needed. They are very flexible on scheduling, and able to accept short-notice appointments. Kendra handles our energetic dog very well, and Lori has been really helpful getting us started. Am more than comfortable having WPC take care of our dog!

My husband and I have a now 5 month old golden retriever puppy that we needed someone to come and play with, take on a walk and give lots of love. We got in touch with Wisconsin Pet Care and they set us up with Chris Bucci who came and did and a free consultation where she got to know Koda’s routines and got to know Koda. It was great! We got the chance to make sure we were comfortable with whoever was coming over. Chris has been amazing! She has been watching Koda 1-2 days a week for the last month or so and we have been very pleased with her. Koda seems to have been well taken care of while we are gone. Chris keeps a journal at our house that we put out on the days she is coming and she documents everything they did during their time together which is great!

Hi Lori!
I wanted to echo Matt’s comments above. I was absolutely, 100%, completely thrilled with the care Kate provided our sweet Chase.

It was the first time in 3+ years that I’ve left Chase with a non-family member. She is a rescue dog that is quite old now – and needs a good amount of love and attention. It takes a LOT for me to leave town without her.

Kate put my mind at ease during our meet-and-greet (talking about her own rescue dogs that are “runners” like my Chase), sent text messages after each walk, and left detailed notes for us to come home to. Chase is usually very anxious when I get home from a trip – jumping around and freaking out – but after Kate cared for her, she was very happy and relaxed when we got home

Thanks again for everything, Lori – we’ll definitely want to work with Kate again in the future!

Everything was “purr-fect”. Scout and the girls were happy to see us and looked happy and content. With Pam’s nightly texts while we were gone, and the notes she left in the book to read when we returned, it was evident that all went well, that put our/my mind at ease and allowed us to have a trip that was close to perfect as we could get.
